On 25th May 2018, the EU is introducing a new regulation - the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR. GDPR gives individuals greater access to their personal information and control of how it is used.
We would also like to make sure that we have obtained your consent to hold and process your data. So we are asking everyone to fill out our new 'Consent Form'. You can fill most of it out online, but we do ask that you print the form and then add your signature. The form is available by clicking here.
GDPR also provides data subjects with important rights, including the right for individuals to find out what personal data is held about them on computer and in paper records in a 'relevant filing system'. Such a request for information is known as a 'Subject Access Request' (SAR). A Subject Access Request Form is available by clicking here. You can fill most of it out online, but we do ask that you print the form and then add your signature.
Paper copies of all forms and policies are also available from the Parish Office.
In case of a data breach, please click here and follow the respective steps.
